Payments are processed by Mollie. The Club receives the transaction reference and payment status. Payment details (bank account number, card details) are handled exclusively by Mollie and are not visible to the Club.
Cloudflare Turnstile (the form-security system on our forms) temporarily processes IP addresses and browser characteristics to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects anonymised, aggregated visit statistics — no personal data is stored and there is no cross-site tracking.

Our legitimate interest in using Turnstile and the contact form is the necessity of being reachable as an organisation and securing our forms. We have carried out a balancing test and concluded that your privacy interest does not outweigh our interest, given that the processing is minimal and necessary.

The Club does not place cookies that require consent. Cloudflare Turnstile uses functional cookies and local storage necessary for form security. These are exempt from consent requirements as they are strictly necessary. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates in a fully cookieless manner.
No tracking or advertising cookies are placed. No cookie consent banner is therefore required.
Participation in seminars by persons under 16 years of age requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for completing the registration form on behalf of the minor. We do not process data of children under 16 without demonstrable consent from a legal representative.
