Who We Are

Vision

A thriving, inclusive community rooted in the philosophy and principles of Okinawan martial arts — where members grow in knowledge, discipline and mutual respect, strengthening body, mind and spirit through practice, study and shared experience.

Mission

We promote and preserve the rich traditions of Okinawan martial arts by providing a platform for training, learning and exchange:

  • Regular practice sessions, seminars, workshops and cultural events
  • Access to high-quality instruction in martial arts and self-defence
  • Continuous personal development, respect and community spirit

Training & Activities

Club members train in traditional Okinawan karate through weekly practice sessions hosted by Furin Karate Dojo. Besides karate, the club also offers kobujutsu (traditional weapons), Touzen and Yoga.

Beyond regular training, the club organises seminars with visiting instructors from Okinawa and abroad, workshops, and cultural events that explore the history and philosophy behind the art. Everyone is welcome — regardless of background, style or experience.

Get in touch if you would like to train with us or join the club.
